Please read these Terms of Use carefully before accessing or using the Qenvarith platform. By creating an account, accessing any content, or otherwise using this service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

Throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• Platform refers to the Qenvarith website, web application, and all associated services accessible at qenvarith.com.
• User refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or otherwise interacts with the Platform.
• Account refers to the registered profile created by a User to access personalized features of the Platform.
• Content refers to all text, images, video, audio, quizzes, assignments, interactive modules, and any other material made available through the Platform.
• We, Us, Our refers to Qenvarith and its authorized representatives.

To use the Platform, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 16 years of age. Users under 18 must have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You must not have had a previous account suspended or terminated by Qenvarith for violations of these Terms.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering or interacting with the Platform.

Some features of the Platform require you to register for an account. When registering, you agree to provide truthful information and to keep that information up to date. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party or allow any other person to access your account. You agree to notify us immediately at info@qenvarith.com if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at our discretion if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or otherwise acted in a manner harmful to other users or to the Platform.

You may use the Platform solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial educational purposes unless you have entered into a separate written agreement with us permitting otherwise. Permitted activities include:

• Accessing and completing educational modules, quizzes, and assignments.
• Reviewing your personal performance data and progress history.
• Communicating with support staff through designated channels.
• Sharing your own feedback, ratings, or reviews through provided submission tools.

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, or creating derivative works from any Platform Content without explicit written permission.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract source code from any part of the Platform.
• Using automated tools, bots, scrapers, or scripts to access, collect, or index Platform Content.
• Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information including quiz answers obtained through unauthorized means.
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity, performance, or security of the Platform or its underlying infrastructure.
• Circumventing any technical measures used to protect Content or restrict access.
• Using the Platform to transmit unsolicited commercial communications or to harass other users.
• Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Accessing accounts, data, or systems that you are not authorized to access.

All Content, trademarks, logos, software, design elements, and other materials available on the Platform are the exclusive property of Qenvarith or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform and its Content for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. This license does not permit you to download, copy, or redistribute Content beyond what is explicitly allowed within the Platform interface.

If you submit any content to the Platform, including but not limited to feedback, quiz responses, comments, or suggestions, you grant Qenvarith a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such submissions for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license.

The Platform provides educational content focused on building augmented reality applications for mobile devices. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure that all Content is accurate, current, and pedagogically sound, we do not warrant that the Content is free from errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. Technology fields evolve rapidly, and certain materials may not reflect the most recent developments in tools, frameworks, or best practices. You are encouraged to verify critical technical information independently.

The Platform includes interactive quizzes, scored assignments, and gamified progress mechanics such as points, badges, and leaderboards. These elements are provided for educational engagement purposes only and carry no monetary value. We reserve the right to modify, reset, or remove any gamified element at any time without notice or liability. Results, scores, and rankings displayed on the Platform are for informational and motivational purposes and do not constitute certifications or formal qualifications unless explicitly stated.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or resources. These links are provided for your convenience only. We do not endorse, control, or assume any responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party services. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that service's own terms and policies.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Qenvarith and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time, with or without notice. We may add, remove, or alter features, Content, pricing structures, or availability without liability to you or any third party.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. If the changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you through the Platform or by email. Your continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform.

These Terms are intended to be interpreted in a fair and balanced manner.
